Welcome to Regency Hills!

The Regency Hills subdivision is located in Shelby Township, Michigan and comprises 316 single-family homes.

It is within close proximity to shopping, churches, schools, and hospitals. It is only a short drive to I-75, M-53 and M-59 expressways providing easy access to all of southeast Michigan.

There is an abundance of entertainment, fitness facilities and restaurants within a short drive. Homeowners enjoy quiet streets, an abundance of trees, a friendly environment and walking or biking throughout our subdivision and neighboring subdivision streets.

All of the single-family homes are built on large, spacious lots with side entry garages enhancing the ambiance of our well-maintained subdivision.

Our Homeowners’ Association maintains the common areas throughout the subdivision for the benefit of all the homeowners.

Located in southeast corner of 25 Mile & Dequindre roads, the subdivision is a fairly new development in an area that used to be a wide expanse of apple orchards. In fact, one of the oldest cider mills in the United States, Yates Cider Mill – which has been operational since 1863 – is located only a mile from the subdivision.

Nature

Only a mile north of the subdivision is one of the top-rated public parks in Michigan: the Stony Creek Metropark. Extending across Oakland and Macomb counties, 4,461 scenic-acres abound with opportunity for outdoor recreation all year long.

Visitors can spend an afternoon boating or swimming in 500-acre Stony Creek Lake. Hike, bike, run or inline skate through lush woodlands, serene wetlands and tallgrass prairies. In the winter, walk, cross-country ski or snowshoe across marked trails. A winter sports area includes snowboard, sled and toboggan hills.
